The terms on which DigitalTiger provides Google Business Profile services.
Services
We provide Google Business Profile audits, setup, optimisation, review management and monthly management, as described on this website and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Access and ownership
You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile at all times. We work as a manager and you may remove our access whenever you wish. We never ask for your Google account password.
Results
We do not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes or positions in Google's local results. Google controls those outcomes and changes its systems without notice. We guarantee the work described, not the result.
Payment
One-off services are paid before work begins unless agreed otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month. [PAYMENT TERMS, METHODS AND VAT STATUS TO BE CONFIRMED]
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with [NOTICE PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED] notice. Work already completed is not refundable.
Independence
DigitalTiger is not Google and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or certified by Google. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
